Dear Shareholders:
After the tragedy in Chile, we are saddened about the loss of life in that area and the devastation that occurred as a result of the earthquake.
Many attempts were made by Cerro Dorado Inc. Directors to reach Juan Jose and his family by telephone but we were unsuccessful. Fortunately contact was made through Medinah with Juan Jose. Juan Jose and his family are safe but sad about the happenings in Chile.
The initial report is that the properties of both companies have escaped any damage.
All parties are yet to make a decision regarding the planned trip to Chile as scheduled. This will be evaluated by Juan Jose. Several of the parties scheduled for meetings were still planning on attending subject to everyone's collective evaluation.
